Office Operations Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Operations
• Greeting customers and vehicle check-in procedure.
• Answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to general inquiries
• Scheduling appointments.
• Customer Service
• Gather and input new customer information and update existing customer information.
• Addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assisting customers with service estimates, invoices, and payment processing.
• Following up with customers to both confirm appointments and confirm satisfaction with service after repair work is completed.
• Communication of repair updates and completion timelines to customers.
• Administrative Support
• Data entry, filing and ability to generate reports for management.
• Liaison between customers, technicians, and management.
• Other duties, as may be assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Office Operations/Customer facing experience.
• Detailed clerical, inventory and receiving experience.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management and computer skills.
• Self-starter, excellent work ethic, and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Desire to learn and grow with our company.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clean motor vehicles and criminal background reports.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Automotive Sales Experience.
• Previous experience as an Office Operations Manager for an automotive repair company.
